Terms of Sale

By placing an order on Country Floral and Keepsakes, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Country Floral and Keepsakes have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement, we will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In cases where your credit card expires, is canceled, is over the limit, or is otherwise declined for any reason, we will not deliver products, though we may, but are not obligated to, contact you to notify you of the issue.

Without limiting other remedies, we reserve the right to charge a late fee on all past due payments equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed by law. You will pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products or services. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed through www.CountryFloralAndKeepsakes.com.
